I hate that this happened again! My father ...Ugh! I hate that this happened again! My father has psoriasis, I'm not sure what kind. But like you the sun is the only thing that helps him. He even has a tanning bed in his house for if it flares up in the winter time and can't be controlled. Since he goes to FL in the winters for a little while now it helps so much. Also, the only natural way for your body to get vitamin D Is the SUN (or Cod liver oil), so it's ok to be in it with no sunscreen!
